In April 1972, our founding mother Judy Waller set out to create the perfect thin crust pizza - using hand-made, hand folded dough and only the finest fresh vegetables. She introduced her creation in a small renovated gas station in Levy, Arkansas and started a revolution. Lines soon wrapped around the building.

There are now eight U.S. pizza Co. restaurants where we take the same pride and care with each pizza, salad and sandwich. And you can still find Judy in the kitchen, passing on her secrets.
