types of iron ore from
its Pilbara mines. These
are known as blended lump
ore, blended fine ore,
and Yandi (HIY) fines.
Crushing and screening
processes divide the ore
into lump and fines.
The lump ore measures between 6.3mm and 31.5 mm in diameter, while
fines ore is less than 6.3mm. The exception to this is Yandi fines
ore, which is less than 10mm in diameter.

Fe Content
For each 1% of Fe Content above the base of 63.0%, the base price referred to shall be increased by USD$ 1.00 (One USA Dollar) per Metric tonne. Likewise if Fe Content is below 62.5%, the base price will be decreased by USD $1.00 (One USA Dollar) per Metric tonne. For each 1% below 62.00%, the base price will be decreased by USD $ 1.00 (USA one dollar) per Metric Tonne. The buyer still reserves the right to reject the cargo if Fe Content is below 60.90%
Specifications as detailed in the Certificate of Analysis will be deemed as final and binding.
