4. Full projections for the next five years of the Project, including a full explanation of financial assumptions.

5. A letter of intent addressed to Genesis Capital Management Group, Ltd, indicating a request for financing, the amount to be financed, and the use of funds.

6. Contact telephone and facsimile numbers, and address for the Principals or Representatives of the Project.
